Top 10 Recipes So Far from Cath's Cookery Creations
Normally this is the time of year where I would take a look back at the posts from the last 12 months and share with you the top 10.  However, there is the slight problem that you can count the number of posts for 2016 and 2017 on one hand and two of those aren’t even recipes.

So what’s a girl to do?  Well, I have decided on the last day of 2017 to share the top 10 recipes on the blog so far.  You may be familiar with them, or you may discover one you haven’t seen before particularly if you are new to the blog.  Let’s begin the countdown…

Needless to say, I just had to sample Cherry Ripes before making these macarons as part of the 30th Birthday Macaron Tower.  It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.

You know I love this stuff and use it for pretty much all of my cakes.  SMB is perfectly smooth, light and not overly sweet which means you can eat lots and lots of it!  This post also has some handy tips for when things go awry.
