Despite dropping off the radar for most of the second part of the year, this little blog still managed over 138,000 views (up from 92,000 the year before) with most people checking out at least two posts during their visit. It is only a drop in the ocean compared to what some blogs achieve, and I am certainly not going to complain but rather thank you all very much for coming by!

The Spiral Vegetable Tart absolutely killed it as the top post for 2014 with over double the views compared to the Christmas Tree Cupcake Cake. I recently remade this tart and replaced the sour cream and mozzarella filling in the original post with my cheese sauce and I must say I enjoyed it even more! Yes it is a lot of work, but it is definitely worth it if you haven’t given it a go as yet – just check out this more refined version by Julie Theill Simonsen for inspiration.

The most viewed posts during 2014 however were the Salted Caramel Macarons, followed by the Purple Corset Cake and Oreo Cookies and Cream Cupcakes. I really can’t blame you for visiting those ones frequently, especially those to die for macarons – yummo!
